Dispatch Sheet
The dispatch sheet is computer generated and controlled by the Director of Operations or his assigned person. The initial sheet can be printed prior to flight with blank data fields for flight and duty times and weight and balance data. Weight and balance data is entered into the computer prior to each leg and the flight and duty time is entered after each leg or flight. Data is recorded on the form and kept aboard during the trip. Prior to flight the passenger names are entered into the computer and a TSA check is performed automatically. Cleared passengers are indicated by a green check mark. ID must be verified prior to passengers entering the aircraft and the verification recorded. When data has been entered into the computer, the dispatch sheet along with the data can be printed to make a clean copy for your records. |
