Simple Steps to Aircraft Ownership
Better, Faster, and Easier

Mission Profile   Aircraft Comparison   Aircraft Specifications

Mission Profile: You will be asked to provide a list of trips that includes your departure, destination, and frequency of travel. We will calculate the route and distance. This data is entered as your mission profile. You may create several different mission profiles for a comparative analysis. You will also need to provide the average and maximum numbers of people traveling with you and the required range of the aircraft, for example, you may require a non-stop flight from New York to Los Angeles or you may be willing to accept a maximum of one stop for any domestic flight. Any additional requirements should also be considered and provided initially.

Aircraft Comparison: The first step includes sorting our database of hundreds of aircraft in order of cost to fly your mission. This sorted list is used to select aircraft that meet your specific requirements. The aircraft that meet your requirements are selected and presented in a side-by-side comparison. During this process, we will:

Sort the aircraft in order of cost to fly your mission.

Select the lowest cost aircraft that meets your requirements.

Prepare a dynamic presentation to allow various what-if scenarios

Help you refine your requirements.

Aircraft Specifications: This step examines detailed specifications to bettern understand the selected aircraft and further refine your requirements.

Your USAC Aviation representative will be able to provide a tutorial and a login so that you can perform your own in-depth mission analyses using the online tools. The example provided in this website will give you an idea of the initial acquisition process. This concludes the first phase of aircraft acquisition. After this exercise your requirements and priorities will be well understood. You will be ready for the purchasing phase of aircraft acquisition.
