USAC Aviation holds FAA Air Carrier Certificate Number J6BA376Y and is authorized to conduct on demand operations in common carriage pursuant to Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Section 119.21 (a)(5).  USAC Aviation is authorized to conduct:

• on demand air charter - passengers and cargo
• air ambulance operations
• single pilot operations
• instrument flights (fly in adverse weather).
